ive had nothing but bad experiences with dmarket, i tried to sell some gloves that i had, when i deposited them on the site, someone bought them, and then i was banned from the site instantly. It then took 2 weeks going through multiple support tickets to get unbanned and eventually get my money
Guys.., i don`t know what happened.. i collected and played over 10k hours in Dota 2 .. then started to play cs go approximately for the last months… bought a top 3 knife, several skins.. and today.. i can`t even log in my account))) 10 years of steam using)) can`t even see any information of my account ))) … nice xD

I was also wrongfully trade and community banned. I had like 6k trades. I contacted steam support and after a week they unbanned me and told me that my account was reported by so many steam users so that they temporarily locked my account to investigate further. I guess someone used bots to mass report my account.
I got locked, because I posted a porn site to my friend comment section…
How can you see the graph of the inventory value? Can everyone see that?

The reason why the community ban occurs is that he was mass reported probably by a reportbot, which instead of reporting you in game it reports your steam account. So we has probably targeted. Sadly this is becoming a common thing

To all traders here
Send all your skins to a temporal account then to a bank account used only for storage (that can be your main)
And another account to actually send the trades
So if the trading account gets trade banned, the temporal account will be at risk but the bank account will be safe
Also never use the same temporal account with more than 1 trading account or your bank account or main will get tradebanned too

This happened to me in December, I got unbanned after I just contacted steam support. (It was because I had links on my profile that were trading sites that are now banned.)

I’ve been trad banned in 2016 and till this day steam support didn’t unban me i lost +$20k in skins m9 sapphires and fades and ak fire serpents and lots of high tier skins were literally deleted from my inventory and my account became community banned too . all of that is because steam thought i was duplicating skins but in reality i bought a whole inventory from someone for $4k .

My theory is that you got traded skins that was either from a scam or bought with stolen credit card/paypal. And they probably have some automatic ban to go off if u received a certain treshold of such illegal skins. Be careful accepting free skins, might be from haters trying to frame u.

Trading on 3rd party sites should get you banned always. That’s just fair, CS GO is not meant to be stock trading platform it’s meant to be game. Go trade stock elsewhere.
Steam got fucked up. I’m happy i got to sell all my inventory and buy a knife to sell for real money. Stopped using steam ever since. Wanted to sell the account but what’s the point, who knows.
